We collect information you provide when ordering or contacting us, including your name, email, delivery address, phone number and order details. Stripe processes payment information; Rihla Paper should not store complete card details.
Why we use it
We use personal information to fulfil orders, provide delivery updates, answer enquiries, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages require a separate choice and can be withdrawn at any time.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with payment, manufacturing, email and delivery providers only where needed to provide the service. A production retention schedule and international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed before launch.
Your rights
