These planners are offered initially as preorders. A confirmed production and estimated dispatch window will be displayed before live payment is enabled.
Launch delivery area
The initial preorder release is limited to delivery addresses in London. Wider UK and international delivery will be introduced after packed product weights and carrier rates are confirmed.
First 500 delivery offer
London delivery is normally £4.95 per order. This fee is waived for the first 500 paid preorders and appears as a £0 launch-delivery option during checkout. Eligibility is determined when the order is placed.
Tracking
When available, customers receive a dispatch update with a tracking reference. The order journey page reflects production, packing, transit and delivery events.
Delays and loss
If a shipment is materially delayed or appears lost, contact rihlapaper@gmail.com. The production support procedure and carrier escalation window must be confirmed.
